It appears that this customer tried multiple times to purchase a pair of shoes off of our website and every time her card was declined.At the end of all of the attempts, there were no transactions that were ever completed If I look into our credit card deposit reports, none of these
transactions were ever captured so we do not have any of her money.If there is something that still shows on her account it would be a pending sale but that should have been released by now.Any questions, let me know. *** ***

As I stated on the phone,  I personally contacted Mr. [redacted] to resolve the concern that he had.   The receipt was approximately 7 years old and the customer refused to listen to any rational that would not ultimately give him what he wanted.    I determined that...
