Pelfrey's Refrigeration

His work is not good. He must guarantee that he is going to put in new compressor not used. I also need him to honor his warranty. I want a new compressor and new capacitor. I want to see the receipts for them. I want a 2 year warranty on parts and labor because the hot season is almost over.

him a one year warranty on both.  The air conditioner functioned well for all of the summer of 2016. He called me in the winter when temperature was below 30 degrees and he said it was freezing up. All air conditioners will freeze up when it's cold and if you let them run they self destruct.  Mr. [redacted] said it was low on freon. Mr [redacted]  said it had a leak that I did not sodder a joint right. That's not true All the Freon was still in int. He complained about everything. I told him I would replace his compressor free of charge. At this time it was still nasty cold and rainy, you can not do proper refrigeration in the cold and rain. I tired to explain that to him but he wouldn't listen. I told him it would have to be at least 70 degree outside. He called me so many times that I lost count accusing us of being a thief and dishonest and other discussing things he could think of.  He called the cell phone and as soon as he hung up, he would call the office phone. Every day. He made me angry I did not cuss him. I do not cuss. Anyone. I did call him an it. I shouldn't done that so I went and apologized to him.  MY contract was for a used compressor. I put the right one according to [redacted]. I have offered Mr. [redacted] a new compressor back. He has rejected this offer three times. Then he went and got a lawyer. I told his lawyer the same thing. Mr. [redacted] has caused his own problems, Mr. [redacted] can't tell the truth about anything. Everytime he tells it, it's a different one. If this continues another 30 days, our attorney will file a suit against Mr. [redacted] for harrasment. Mr. [redacted] did not want his air conditioner fixed in the first place. He was looking for a company with a good name that he could make look bad and they would write him a check and he's never going to get that from us. Right now door is still open for him a new compressor.  Installed free of charge or his money back and thats all he's getting.
