On May 7thwe sent a full refund for the missing item as a credit to the credit card used for payment for the order and notified the customer at that time via email with a copy of the credit invoice.Steve R***Pelham Grayson Inc

My first order with this company were problematic. The group of [redacted] gallats were not in the order. These were the items I was going to give out as gifts for my grand opening. I called, several times, but could never get a real person. I emailed and finally reached someone who was able to get the missing items out and to me by the nick of time.
My second order was also problematic. While I realize that the pictures on the website are not in any way true examples of their stock, I ordered a few things hoping they were at least close. They were not. I tried to follow the instructions to get an RMA number. Again, I called several times. Absolutely NO ONE answers your phone. I emailed and waited a few days with no response, so I called again. I finally received a man on the phone who sounded like he was completely overwhelmed. He said that there was a line of customers in front of him, so we would do the RMA over email. It took a couple of days, but I got the information and sent the less than acceptable pieces back. I was credited relatively quickly and for that I am grateful.
This last order was a disaster.
I specifically requested Priority Mail Flat rate. I do this because I live in WA state. Priority mail is less expensive and it gets to me twice as fast. [redacted] is more expensive and takes 7-10 days to be delivered. I received a notice from my charge card stating I have been charged $74 and some change. My order was barely $53.00. That was $20.20 for shipping! An outrage and something I was in no way prepared for. AND..........it was shipped UPS. Apparently no one read my order or my instructions.
I emailed and told them of the error within 5 minutes of the notification. NO response. I emailed the next day and told them to cancel. No response.
I received said order today. Soooo disappointed. The calligraphy stone was advertised as LARGE 20-30mm. Less than half fit anywhere close to that size. The majority were 16-18mm.
Neither of the [redacted] were 70-80mm. Both were less than 67mm.
The Vesuvianite? Pebbles, mostly, even though they were advertised as medium.
The Selenite layout platforms? well, let's just say you might as well not even give an estimated measurement. None of mine were close.
When I received the box today? It was in a PRIORITY FLAT RATE MAIL BOX!!! but was shipped [redacted].
My entire experience with Pelham Grayson has been less than stellar. I am a true believer in great customer service and I treat every one of my customers with respect. I give each one my full attention when I am working with them, before, during and after the order has been place, filled and shipped.
I am so disappointed. I will find another vendor who has the time to fill and pack my order properly, that has a good customer service dept instead of an answering machine, and treats me like a respected customer, not just take my money and give me incorrect information/product.
