My first order with this company were problematicThe group of [redacted] gallats were not in the orderThese were the items I was going to give out as gifts for my grand openingI called, several times, but could never get a real personI emailed and finally reached someone who was able to get the missing items out and to me by the nick of timeMy second order was also problematicWhile I realize that the pictures on the website are not in any way true examples of their stock, I ordered a few things hoping they were at least closeThey were notI tried to follow the instructions to get an RMA numberAgain, I called several timesAbsolutely NO ONE answers your phoneI emailed and waited a few days with no response, so I called againI finally received a man on the phone who sounded like he was completely overwhelmedHe said that there was a line of customers in front of him, so we would do the RMA over emailIt took a couple of days, but I got the information and sent the less than acceptable pieces backI was credited relatively quickly and for that I am gratefulThis last order was a disasterI specifically requested Priority Mail Flat rateI do this because I live in WA statePriority mail is less expensive and it gets to me twice as fast [redacted] is more expensive and takes 7-days to be delivered I received a notice from my charge card stating I have been charged $and some changeMy order was barely $That was $for shipping! An outrage and something I was in no way prepared forAND..........it was shipped UPSApparently no one read my order or my instructionsI emailed and told them of the error within minutes of the notificationNO responseI emailed the next day and told them to cancelNo responseI received said order todaySoooo disappointedThe calligraphy stone was advertised as LARGE 20-30mmLess than half fit anywhere close to that sizeThe majority were 16-18mmNeither of the [redacted] were 70-80mmBoth were less than 67mmThe Vesuvianite? Pebbles, mostly, even though they were advertised as mediumThe Selenite layout platforms? well, let's just say you might as well not even give an estimated measurementNone of mine were closeWhen I received the box today? It was in a PRIORITY FLAT RATE MAIL BOX!!! but was shipped ***My entire experience with Pelham Grayson has been less than stellarI am a true believer in great customer service and I treat every one of my customers with respectI give each one my full attention when I am working with them, before, during and after the order has been place, filled and shippedI am so disappointedI will find another vendor who has the time to fill and pack my order properly, that has a good customer service dept instead of an answering machine, and treats me like a respected customer, not just take my money and give me incorrect information/product
