Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I was not offered a transfer to another propertyI suggested the transfer after I asked to be shown another property in the same complexThe property I was shown was smaller and just as dirty as the first propertyI, then, asked to be shown a unit at another property and if the fees would be transferableAfter driving to the sister property, I was told they currently did not have an apartment for me to move intoThe information presented is untrue and is the same kind of response and treatment that I have received from this property since renting one of their apartmentsI have made repeated calls to the district manager and she has not responded to my calls.Sincerely,*** ***

Ms*** moved in November 6, At this time, she paid $for her security deposit, $for the City of Florissant Inspection and Occupancy permit as well as $which accounted for 11/to 11/prorated rent and 11/to 11/prorated rent for her washer and dryerShe was
not required to pay two months up frontIn regards to her account being sent to collections, Ms*** abandoned her apartmentWe filed and rent and possession suit with our attorney on 1/19/as we had not yet received the rent due for January 1, On 2/22/we received the judgment in our favorTen more days past and the sheriff was called outAt this time, the apartment was considered abandoned as the only items remaining were a Christmas tree, cable box and microwaveThe balance sent was for $2,the breakdown of said balance is as follows:$1,in rent$in cleaning/trash removal$in late fees$in legal feesLess the $security deposit

Several options were made available to her up to and including: 1) transferring to another apartment within our community 2) transferring to an apartment at our sister community (if an apartment was available) 3) severing her lease contract with no penalties.   Ms. [redacted] choose the last option. Ms. [redacted], Please accept our sincerest of apologies for you having to go thru this ordeal. Based on the documentation provided by our vendors (which I have attached) I was under the impression that all of this had been taken care of. I was not made aware of any additional concerns or issues until...

receiving this complaint. I promise to get proper repairs expedited. I will also be more than happy to have you transfer to another apartment should you still wish to. Please plan to keep your appointment with me on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 2:00 PM so that we may work out all of the details. Your patience regarding all of this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
