First of all, Eugene, I did go by your house Tuesday afternoon as I explainedI brought my guys there to explain what they were to do and where they were going to work!
I was SICK for almost three days! I do not want to explain that I had the
flu! It was all over the Chicagoland area!
Second of all, I also explained to you that the mortar we apply is acid washed to remove the haze from pointingI also explained to you that we need at least FOUR HOURS with NO RAIN for the mortar to dry before it rains! So Thursday and FRIDAY would have rained out anyway
Third, if the mortar color is too brown we will cut it out and do it again!' You obviously have never looked at the chimney you paid others to do! It is the worst job I have ever seen and we were not even done with our JOB!
An awful experience...NOT! By the way, you failed to mention that you I told you about the washing with acid, and that I told you that we wash all our brick!
I am on my way to Maywood today and will check out the colorI don't appreciate you commenting about my work WHEN IT WAS NOT DONE!
Also you failed to mention that you chose to deduct $of my required deposit and now I am wondering with all this misinformation, am I being lead into you not paying at all?
So to recap,
We did show up when we told you
2.I went out of my way(and did not charge you) and I got the permit
We ground out everything we were supposed to
we did the best job at attempting a mortar color match
We had not finished our work, therefore it had been washed yet!
6.WE got 60% of the work done before my daughter needed my help.And in that case I don't care who you are, my daughter comes first!
I obviously did not show up and WE TALKED and I TOLD YOU I WAS SICK!
I told you we do not work weekends, so if you texted me on Saturday or Sunday, Oh well I would get the messages on Monday morning
I have served the Chicagoland for OVER years and have never had a complaint or not been paid FROM ANYONE!
I now have reservations about returning and finishing the work? This complaint is riddled with total misinformation and inaccuracies

In March, I accepted their proposal and was told work would start at the end of April. That didn't happen. Then told start of May. That didn't happen. Then told work would start last week. That didn't happen. I was never even notified that they were not showing up, I had to call them every time. Now my calls are not being answered or returned. Wasted almost two months of my time.
