FANTASTIC - Seth is truly a man of his word. The estimate was timely, and communication excellent. He told you when - and would be there, what he would do - and did it!. His crew was on time, and non-stop working. They were professional, knowledgeable, and - well, fun to watch!. They found and repaired any, and all "bad spots" - to 100% satisfaction - and completely cleaned up afterward. Would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs you may have.

We were very pleased from the beginning of the process through completion. This company and owner has integrity, they tell you what they are going to do and deliver on their promise. The communication is excellent, the work is done professionally, the area is kept clean and the team works hard, fast and the roof looks wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.

After reading reviews, I picked three companies to give me quotes to replace my roof. I have worked in the shingle manufacturing industry and am knowledgeable about the products and their application. I had not previously met Seth at Pelican Roofing, but he was very concise in his quote and his product knowledge was obvious. I chose Pelican to do the job based on price and my belief he would do a good job, after having met him. I was not wrong. The material was delivered the day before they started. The next day his crew arrived early and began work. The crew was extremely organized. They tore off the old roof, thoroughly cleaned up and replaced my roof almost totally in one day on what I had thought would be a 3 day job. They did comeback the second day for about an hour for some additional cleanup. My replacement was a Bronze Fortified Roof and I highly recommend Pelican Roofing.

Absolutely incredible! He did an estimate when he said he would, he showed up when he said he would, he did the job in a day like he said he would and sent details pictures. Seth is a great guy! Highly recommend!

This widow has had her share of unscrupulous contractors. It is a joy to deal with a man of his word, he employs people that know and do their jobs. Seth and his crew showed up on time and set to work. They cleaned up each area as they worked. My roof was replaced in one day and is perfect, my yard is cleaned and there are no nails anywhere. I can't say enough good things about this company! I'm so glad I chose Pelican Roofing! They were timely from the estimate all the way through to the finished product, not only was the owner professional but his crew was great too! They had my old roof off and new on in one day! They cleaned up my yard like it was they're own! Seth was always available to answer all my first timer questions and was patient with me. I love the way my roof turned out and if I had to do it again, I go with Pelican Roofing!! Thank You!

Seth and his crew have restored my faith in humanity. I know thousands of people, and I know them well. Seth stands out among them as a true man of character with integrity beyond reproach. He wouldn't accept a dime from me until the job was completely finished, which I must say, my wife and I kept asking for additional favors and they did not once turn us down. Never before have I met a contractor who has the customer's best interest in mind, even when it means taking money out of his own pocket. Not only do I look forward to working again with Seth, Juan and the boys, but they're also the type of people I want to be around as role models for my children. We have a large and complicated roof. We called Pelican Roofing, and Seth came out promptly. He gave us a good estimate and a start date. (This was after getting two other estimates, one of which said they didn't want to do it!).
Seth has a great team, they worked diligently, and cleaned up every day. Seth would check in with us occasionally to make sure all was going well. The job was a tough one, but the guys persevered, and got it done. I highly recommend Pelican Roofing, Seth's estimate was right on, and he kept us appraised of the work's progress. The roofers showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely pleased with the job!

Had our roof repaired/reshingled this past week. After getting quotes from three companies, we went with PELICAN ROOFING, Spanish Fort, owner: Seth W. We are SO HAPPY we did!! Seth was friendly, knowledgeable, gave us a great estimate/quote on the spot. (after walking the roof/talking with us, of course). Told us he was "6 weeks out" and would call us in five; called after 3 weeks and had the materials delivered right away! The crew was polite, courteous, competent! Extremely hard-working and clean. No loud music, no hollering and they cleaned up multiple times a day. Even with all the repairs that were needed, they completed the entire job in a day and a half. If anyone in our area has roofing needs, call them! I can't say enough good things about the job they did!!!
