Review: Ordered a new hot tub they sent wrong color and refuse to exchange and or take back after it was said by me that the color was wrong on delivery and merchant signed my name on delivery slip as fraud signatureDesired Settlement: have the merchant pick up wrong unit and I do not wish to do business with them ever again they dropped of tub and left when I said it's the wrong color take it back

Review: I have visited from New York my friends ( about 100miles one way). On Sunday I have purchased 2 kayaks from Pelican (price 750 and 879 )car rack, paddle and waterproof bag from [redacted]. One of the kayaks was used, had many scratches, and smelled like fish. [redacted] gave me $50 off , told me that I will get more scratches, and that the smell will go away. He told me I can return them any time. Two days later, I came to the store to return the kayaks, and I was told by the clerk that she needs to speak with [redacted] regarding the return. I waited awhile. I was told that they cannot accept used kayaks. I asked to speak with the manager. I was told that the manager was [redacted] and he was not in today. I also spoke with [redacted] that told me they can not accept a return even though the store policy is 10 days within the purchase. She kept repeating that they do not sell used equipment. After few hours of speaking to employees of Pelican I spoke with [redacted] on the phone that he can not accept the return, however he can order a better kayak for a store discount. I told him that I do not need a 3rd kayak. He was very rude and unpleasant. He denied on the phone that he sold me used kayak. I told [redacted] that I will leave the kayaks at the store. He yelled: don't do it. I will give the kayaks away. I will say that you abandoned them." I told [redacted] and other employees present there that I will have no choice but to go to the court. They said I should. In addition, I called my bank and explained the situation. I was told to file a dispute on line. The bank was not successful. I am here. I would greatly appreciate it your help. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. In addition, they exchange the paddle however they would not accept the kayaks obviously due to their high price. The store policy on the wall stated " returns with receipts within 10 days of purchase." The merchant violated the store policy.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchant to pick up the kayaks from my home ( since they did not accept them previously while I was at the store) and I am requesting full refund.
