We purchased the storm door from the Pella Windows & Doors *** Showroom The experience and customer service we have had from the store in *** has been horrible It started when we had a guy come out on *** and give us an estimate; within less than days we told him what we wanted to order We didn't hear back from him until after the middle of *** asking us what we wanted to order Then they installed the first storm door on *** ***; that had damage to the door Some guy came out and said we would need a new storm door ordered So they installed the second storm door on ***, which had scratches, paint chips and scuff marks on the white part I emailed your company explaining all of this and they offered to take 50% off if we keep the door and get it touched up with paint The guy came out on *** to touch it up, fix the key part on the outside and adjust the door that the installers didn't do He didn't touch up all the paint chips/scratches, didn't fix the key part or adjust the doorHe (a supposed professional that we were told would be doing it) didn't do a good job on the touch up and didn't touch up all the problem areas You can visibly see the scratches through the paint and you don't use a cream color paint on a white door
I'm guessing this is an acceptable way to treat your customers It's okay if you have to cancel your order and go elsewhere because obviously they don't care that we have waited since *** to get a storm door that isn't damagedThey don't think it's a big deal to still have a damaged door after someone supposedly came out and fixed everything that needed fixingI don't think I have ever experienced this kind of service from a company that supposed to have a good reputation

Pella of Omaha replaced all my windows with a combination of* that are everything that I was expectingAfter the install I wished I would have went with all the windows with the Designer series as the internal shades and functionality is worth the upgrade Their Sales rep was very helpful and extremely patient with me with all the questions going through the buying processThe install was done very professionally and give their install crew an A+ In addition I installed new doors in the front and rear and will tell you they are the best doors on the market after looking at several different companies in the research phaseThe one knock I give is on their storm door where the lock is too close to the door frame to turn very easy Overall, I'm extremely happy and would highly recommend Pella Windows of Omaha
