Review: Product was inferior to stated, but was guaranteed. When I tried to contact the company for return, they did not answer the phone, nor would they sign for a registered letter. They are totally avoiding me and refusing to make good on their guarantee. In addition, although they indicated in their literature they would take a credit card, which would have allowed me to recover my money, the salesman gave me an excuse they could not accept credit cards at the time of my sale and needed me to pay by cash or check, so I have no recourse through my credit card coverage.Desired Settlement: I have been keeping the meat in my freezer for return.
