Very friendly, fast service! Bruce was prompt, knowledgeable, and informative I had an 'emergency' situation and Pelles Heating & Cooling Service was in contact & made it to my residency in efficient time

I've used them in the past, but I will never use them again I recently called them when my A/C went down and got the bad news that it would cost over $1,to fix Since the A/C was years old, I needed a new one The very cheap model that they tried to sell me was going to cost $3, That seemed very expensive to me, so I received quotes from three different reputable companies Each one of them said that they wouldn't even install that "junk" brand and their better brands (same size and seer) all cost about $1,less Their furnace that they installed for me last year, as it turns out....well, I got word from the home inspector (we are selling our home and it was contingent upon a home inspection) told the buyers that our new furnace is a piece of junk I'll never use them again

Bruce and Pelles were prompt, extremely competent and professional We would definitely utilize their services in the future as well as highly recommend them to anyone needing heating & cooling services
