I am rejecting this response because:Again, I did not order the wrong part for my stoveI have a US stoveMwhich takes a 5/8" door gasket and a 1" tape gasket for the door glassI received a 3/4" door gasket and a 1/4" glue on gasket for the doorI have no intention of ever doing business again with this company, nor do I care if they "talk amongst themselves"! I went to my local building supply store and purchased the correct items (for a fraction of the price) and am satisfied with the resultsBUYER BEWARE!

Horrible experience Ordered a very small rubber gasket from his websiteAfter ordering, realized that it put through 3, not Called and spoke with the owner and told him we only wanted He stated "he would personally take care of it" and then charged us for anyways Order never arrived (shipped to physical address instead of P.OBox when the part could have been placed in a simple envelope with a cent stamp) Called and again was told he would take care of it Charged for another partagain no refund on the "original 3" Called again - finally got a partial refund "less tax and shipping" on a part we never received Took over weeks to get the gasket that should have arrived in a cent envelope in a few days Called again about getting charged for tax and shipping on something we never received and he said he would only refund "part" of itagain he has never put the refund through Seriously not worth the $13.00, but this guy is dishonest and does not do what he says Would never purchase anything from him again

Pellet Stove come in different makes and models and the parts are specific to them just like a car For Example If you own a Toyota Prius and you order a windshield for a Toyota Camry, you would not be surprised that it didn't fit It is the same with this customer He
ordered a part for his Pellet Stove that was for a different model than he owns We shipped what he ordered and he would like to blame us for sending him what he asked for.It's like ordering a steak when you wanted chicken and then getting mad at your waiter for bringing you steak and refusing to pay for the dinner HmmDo buyers have any accountability for when they make an error? This buyer does not think so and he thinks that no matter what he does the seller should fix it for him I wonder what his childhood was like This must be a very difficult way to live your life because essentially you are passing off your accountability for you actions and emotions to other people which means you are very unhappy most of the time But I digress Due to the fact the buyer bought the wrong part for his model pellet stove, we will not be refunding any shipping amount Furthermore we will not be providing service to him in the future and suggest he seek help elsewhere However I pass this advice to him with one reminder: The pool of businesses who can supply parts for you is very small and we talk between ourselves Should you choose to continue in your behavior you will shortly find that none of us who can help you will be willing to do so In light of this you should consider modifying your behavior with your future service providers.***,*** ***

Took over 3 weeks to get the gasket that should have arrived in a 48 cent envelope in a few days. Called again about getting charged for tax and shipping on something we never received and he said he would only refund "part" of it.... again he has never put the refund through. Seriously not worth the $13.00, but this guy is dishonest and does not do what he says. Would never purchase anything from him again.
