Pelletier Mechanical Services Reviews (4)
In Pelletier Mechanical replaced an oil heating system and hot water heaters in our family home with a new gas heating and hot water system Of the estimates we received, they were in the middle and provided us with a detailed account of what was needed, what the cost should be and how long it should takeChoosing Pelletier to do the job was one of the best decisions we could have madeWhen the project started, we were so impressed with the daily cleanup of the workers (it was hard to tell if they were here that day) and how up to date we were kept on the progress of the work being done I continue to use Pelletier yearly for a system check prior to the heating season and I would not hesitate to use them for any needed future services or to recommend them

Review: We purchased a Inverter Unit from Pelletier Mechanical Services in 2014. We are pleased with the unit. We received a Tune-Up Agreement in April of this year, we thought the unit was still under the manufacture's 1 year warranty. My wife and I figured because of the original warranty we would wait until the fall tune-up. The contract did state the renewal date was March 31st but we thought as stated it was still under original warranty. In June of this year my wife sent Pelletier a check for $180.80 (the amount stated on the contract). My wife called to schedule heating inspection before the date listed on the contract which stated it had to done before November 30th. When we called on November 16, 2015. She was informed we should have scheduled the first inspection in April and that we were out the $180.80. Called Pelletier about money/inspection and was told by email the matter would have to handled by Gary, and we would hear back from them with his decision. As of this writing we have heard nothing. I feel we were taken advantage of. I feel we should have had the inspection or a refund . FYI we are a retired couple living on a fixed income.Desired Settlement: All we want is the inspection we paid for or a refund. Contact from Gary P[redacted] who sold the unit happily enough.
