Revdex.com:

On Thursday, October **, 4:00 pm just one day after I file this complaint I was contacted by David M[redacted] to discuss on why did I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com when I should have first contacted him to discuss this matter. Mr. M[redacted] now claims that I given his business a black eye. He had also mentioned it would be a lost to You Save Green because the cost of relocating these two lines would come out of his pockets ($2,200 +). My cost for this project is $31,000. This issue has been going on since November of 2015. I am very displease that Mr. M[redacted] would even accuse me of blemishing his business. I have been nothing but patient with You Save Green. From day one February/2015, when his engineer came to my home to the day of before the installation the plans between Mr. M[redacted] and I were to have the conduit run down the center part of my home where there is no fire escape nor any existing obstructions which would have hindered this installation as Mr. M[redacted] claims. As for removal of material , such as ceiling or gypsum board that all would have been taken care of by me at my expense. Other than that there has always been existing path for the installers to have run all of the necessary wiring. I see that Mr. M[redacted] included an approved layout or schematic of the PV installation, but at no time did Mr. M[redacted] and I ever reviewed or discussed any of changes as to what we had originally agreed upon. I am not an engineer nor do I read or design schematics to have realized that the conduit was being installed in the front of my home. This matter would not have escalated to this level if only Mr. M[redacted] and his installers stuck to the original plans. If anything its not only the conduit wrongly installed but also the inverter, according the the manufacture this equipment because of the internal electronic components and L.C.D should not be exposed to any direct sun light thus it would lessen the efficiency warranty of the inverter. We have gone over this many many time but its almost a losing battle with Y.S.G. This is why I had to contact the Revdex.com  I believe that I am the one with bruised eye and not You Save green.

We had a great experience working with this property owner. Based on the information collected when our engineer had visited the home and the drawings that had been completed we believe that a miscommunication occurred. Our drawings that had been completed show the electrical...

pipe running down the front of the home. This is what NYC had approved when reviewing the project prior to issuing us our building permit. Attached is a copy of the approved drawings from the city. Our customers get emailed copy of all of the drawings prior to the installation as a standard procedure.Attached is a copy of the email that was sent to the customer. This property is an attached home in Brooklyn, for these homes the pipes are usually run in the front or the back of the home depending on the location of the electrical meter. During the installation process the property owner had expressed an interest in having the pipe run down the side of his house in a small pathway near the fire escape. The installers had notified the customer that this would not be possible due to the fact that the interior ceiling would have to be opened up to accommodate the electrical work. Our installers had proceeded with the work according to the approved drawings. The customer had spoken to us weeks after the installation about getting the pipe relocated to accommodate future renovation plans. We had provided the customer with an estimate that covered the time and material to complete this work and to amend the NYC approved drawings. We do not feel as though we should cover 100% of the costs since the placement of the pipe was agreed to prior to the installation. As a courtesy we would offer to cover 25% of the costs associated with moving this pipe.
