To whom it may concern, This letter is in regards to the complaint made by [redacted] [redacted] contacted me, stating that she had some water damage that she would like a quote onUpon request we scheduled at time for me to come out to her home so I could assess the damages and give her a formal estimateWhen I arrived at [redacted] ***, she showed me water stains on the basement ceilingI also noticed a section of the ceiling drywall had been cut out I then asked Ms [redacted] if she knew where the water was coming in fromShe then took me upstairs and showed me exterior door that I noted directly above the water stain on the basement ceiling After further examination I concluded there to be a substantial amount of wood rot around the exterior and interior trim around the door A few days later I sent Ms [redacted] an estimateAnd maybe a month, month and a half later she contacted my company stating that she would be ready to start the work that I quoted her onBut she wanted a warrant for the work I would be preforming at which I complied If Ms [redacted] advised me she was uncertain of the leak I would have gladly informed her that it would be an additional $to trace the leak back to the sourceAnd would have also been specified in the original estimate I will gladly come back out to her home and find the source of the leak and repair all damages, but considering this was not part of the original estimate that I gave her I have to at least charge $500.Thanks for your time, and I hope to hear from you soonNicolas J [redacted] owner, Pelon corp
My only options were to accept or deny the response They need to come out and correct the issues I listed in my response I do not want them to do any additional work than the three things I listed because I do not trust them I will work with a new contractor for any additional work I need done

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and I am asking that Pelon Corp(Nicolas J***) come out and adjust the door they worked on to close properly to prevent any additional water from coming through I would also like the weather striping replaced that they originally failed to do Addionally, they failed to caulk the area by the front door they worked on and would like this done as well The company has all my contact info to set up a time to do this I am requesting it be done on my terms as I can not not miss any more work than what I already have for this company I have since worked with three other contractors and have successfully determined what the issue is, none of which charged me to evaluate and determine what the problem was Due to the experience I have had with Pelon Corp., I do not trust their work or intentions and will be working with another contractor moving forward to solve the problem
