Review: I have an oil filled heater still under warranty through the company and they want me to pay the shipping to send it to them for repair because when it gets plugged up smoke is pouring out and it's buzzing, by the time I pay the cost to ship an oil filled heater to them I might as well just go purchase another heater, terrible customer service and terrible warranty. I shouldn't have to pay to ship them something that is faulty on their end.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either send me a replacement heater or I would like them to send me a box and prepaid shipping envelope for my heater to be repaired, so I am not having to pay for their faulty product.

Twice I emailed Pelonis, requesting their assistance in obtaining a part for a broken Pelonis heater. They did not reply to either email, BUT they did add me to their mailing list.
It's disturbing that they 1) ignored both of my requests for assistance and 2) selfishly added me to their mailing list without following through on true customer service.
