My computer wouldn't boot up, and I took it to Corey's for a diagnostic check which revealed the DVD drive was the problem, and they installed a new DVD drive. Nearly two months later I was trying to load a CD (for the first time after the new drive was installed) and the DVD drive wouldn't open. So I took it back to Corey's, and it turned out a wire connection had shorted. They replaced the DVD drive with a new one--while I was waiting (ten minutes or less)--and didn't charge me anything! Thank you for the excellent service!
Corey's Computing just completed a fix to my HP laptop computer. I dropped my laptop off on Monday and they committed to contact me on Wednesday. This was not a simple problem and could have been hardware, software or a virus. On Wednesday they phoned me, told me the problem and we discussed my options. A very good workaround was agreed on and I picked up my laptop. It is now working just fine and the cost for the fix was very reasonable. The people I dealt with were very professional and I enjoyed the experience. If I have any problems in the future I will go to Corey's Computing in the future.
