Below is email I sent to Peloton. No response. From reading other reviews I’m now realizing they are not honoring the 30 day trial either. I’m calling tomorrow to cancel my order.

In regards to Peloton Request let me begin this by saying I contacted Customer Support via online chat on June 01, 2020 for what I thought would be two simple questions: 1. Had my referral credit been applied for referring my friend Bruna and 2. Since I had purchased the Peloton on May 5, 2020 and been given the earliest delivery date of June 26, 2020 and the person I referred (Bruna)had purchased on May 25, 2020 and originally been given a delivery date in August but has now been moved up to June 25...could my delivery date be moved up (since I'm paying for the month of June)?
The agent Amber E. proceeded to inform me that I was not eligible for the referral discount as I had already received the First Responder discount and that this was due to the policy "recently being changed". When I said I was confused because I was only even aware of the referral credit due to being told of it by the agent I purchased with she only offered an apology and said the only fix for this would be for you to retract my friend's discount that I referred (Bruna)...really?
This was especially confusing as when I made my purchase I 1. Was offered the First Responder discount and was specifically asked by the agent who referred me. My referral was Jillian K who not only received the First Responder discount AND my referral credit when I gave the agent her name. I was then directed to call customer service since I was not satisfied with her response.
Upon contacting Customer Service I was given another reason for not receiving the referral discount. Simply put...I referred to soon. Apparently, had I waited to refer someone to your company to make a rather significant purchase I needed to wait until I received the bike. To summarize...I'm being penalized for referring a colleague and friend to your company too soon?
Still...obviously dissatisfied and more over highly confused by this response I requested to be contacted by a manager the following day as I was at work and could no longer be on the phone.
I received a call which I missed (as I was at work) from Samuel F. approximately 20 minutes later followed by an email which only said "I was given the request to call you regarding referral codes. I was not able to reach you with the 2 calls as part of policy, so I have decided to write you an email. I am writing now with two requests: 1. Honor the referral credit of $100 which was offered to me when I purchased the bike and 2. I would like to request an earlier delivery date as I feel it should be more than feasible if my referrals date was moved up by more then 2 months despite purchasing 20 days after me and I am after all paying for the month of June for a piece of equipment I do not yet have. Importance placed more on the first request rather than the latter.
While I am seriously reconsidering moving forward with this purchase as I cannot fathom anyone in the customer service field suggesting I take away a friends discount to benefit myself or that I would be penalized for referring someone too quickly to a company I would be willing to move pass this if the issue is resolved.
I very much look forward to hearing your response as this is my first request after purchasing I am very concerned that requesting assistance from your company may prove to be this difficult over the next three plus years and I possible should have paid more attention to the online customer service reviews of your company I read prior to purchasing.
