This is what happed to me when I visited this dealership. I was shopping for different vehicles and wanted to test drive from multiple dealerships. I was shown a 2019 Nissan. I was told it would only be a soft check on my credit. Imagine my surprise when a hard credit check appeared. Also, I felt pressured by three different individuals at one time. One even crawled in the trunk and offered to mow my yard and various other stupid things if I bought the car. I also asked to see the CarFax. There was a recall on the vehicle that they said they had no knowledge of. This was no way to treat a single lady.
My review is actually on Peltier Chevrolet, I bought a vehicle from this dealership and shortly after a girl that works in the fiance department apparently knew me so she disclosed my financial information from my paperwork with friends of mine because just to gossip that was sensitive information and not supposed to be shared with anyone outside of the dealershipNow several people I know, know my personal business about my job and my annual/hourly income and I am left embarrassed now because the dealership and their employees are careless and do not comply with the laws protecting my privacyI am months pregnant and now having to deal with this because the only option I was given after seeking advice from the Revdex.com was to seek legal helpThis place is so unproffesional and I hope to never deal with them again!
