My experience with Peltier Subaru in Tyler, TX ranks as the worst experience with an organization that I have ever hadEverPeriod
I have been insulted, mocked, laughed at, my time wasted, disrespected, disregarded, and forced to drive an unlicensed vehicle for three months (days past the expiration of dealer tags) by their incompetent staff
I have been forced to do their job on multiple occasions, inconvenienced by their lack of communication within their own building
My compensation for this? A $gift card for gasEven the dealership manager laughed at the offer and at me for even asking for compensation for my wasted time and energyPathetic customer service
As a business owner myself this is no way to treat a buyer, client, or individualThere's absolutely no excuse for it
Peltier Auto Group, specifically Peltier Subaru does not deserve your hard earned money

Peltier Subaru technician(s) replaced transmission (warranty) of my Forester in 11/Two problems created when SUV was returned to me
In November 2017, Peltier Subaru Service technician(s) replaced the transmission in my Subaru Forester SUV as warranty work (axle end replacement was also done, not warranty, but paid by me)
My SUV was returned with two new problems:
Driver side headlight was out - not burned out, but electrical plug was loose (fixed by me)
The SUV would periodically would not start
Peltier Subaru "could not reproduce the problem"On December 26, 2017, I re-claimed my SUV, only to drive two miles away to have dinner, and the starting problem reproduced for meI suggested the service representative a more aggressive inductive and deductive problem solving approach be applied to faulty starting
I sent an e-mail message to the service rep ***, with a method for using a multimeter to determine the status of the starter motor, and removing
