Peter and Adam were extrememely professional and did an excellent job. They communicated with us all the way through the renos. We had renovations done at my in-laws condo while they were away and when they returned they were in awe. They walked around exclaiming that the place lookes so much bigger and so nice. They were just thrilled as were we.
We will have Peter and Adam back to renovate the kitchen when that time comes.
I have contracted Pemadale Construction for 2 projects - the build-out of basement space into a children s playroom and the construction of privacy panels for a walk-out patio.In both instances, the projects were carried out completely satisfactorily.Peter was quite personable, and easy to discuss design ideas with. Extremely competent and committed to quality work, he managed each project to an on-time, within estimate completion.I would highly recommend this company for any construction project. I will certainly be using their services again.
Guys did extremely good work, were timely and efficient with their time and polite when dealing with my children and family. This is the second time I have had this group do some work for me and was again extremely happy with the outcome. I would recommend both Peter and Adam to anyone.
Peter completed our deck and all of the landscaping for both our front yard and back yard. We are very happy with his work and would be happy to work with him again in the future. I was very appreciative of his advice on how to improve on our designs to get a better bang for our dollar, while still maintaining all our key requests and specifications. The work was done quite quickly and cleanly and both deck and yard have turned out beautifully. We enjoy using it very much.
