Pembroke Park Apartments

I've lived here now for months and in these months whenever there may be an issue it takes forever to be resolvedThe property manager's name is *** and she has been the one that mostly answers the phone and the person I deal with for the most partNow this is a very clean nice community but the people will turn you off from it
To begin with I did a walk through of the apartment before we moved and anything we seen wrong we noted, informed them and was reassured that it would be fixedThe day we were moving some boxes in there was a gentleman waiting so he could come in too spray the bathtubs and the counters back white, the main bathtub had a poor job done but was doneThe following day we fully moved in at that point as we walked thru again we realized that in the master bedroom closet there was a rack/shelve missing, the main bathroom in the hall was missing a toilet seat, the fridge was giving off a fowl smell and wasn't getting cold, the AC was properly working and the stove only had one burner we were able to use being that the other ones had no plates for the burner to sit in
I went by the office and informed them of the issues and again was reassured they would be fixedWell I received a rack/shelf for the closet as well as the plates for the stove within days or so, they claim they came to fix the fridge but for that I ended up having to call back at least different times and all they told me they did was to tighten something in the back of the fridge but the fowl odor was still there, in which I had to use bleach, vinegar, lysol and so many different things to whip out under the fridge and throw around it trying to get rid of the smellthe toilet seat they told me they had to order and that took over a month to receive and when it finally came is not the right fit but I didn't say anythingAs for the AC it still freezes but i've learned that it cant be lower than degrees and it will be fine which again I don't complain about only because I get cold easily
There has now been a new issue that has arise, with the old appliances in here the washer gave out again i've been calling to have someone replace it and i'm now being told they can't do anything if i'm not home because they don't have the key for my apartment and when I did go by the office and told here I would be home she said she would send someone right awayOf course no one came, I called the office after and she said she sent the guy and asked if he didn't show up, I said noThen she said she will talk to him in the morning and ask why he didn't come unless he did and I didn't here it I then told here I was sitting in the living room the whole time and no one came, before getting off the phone she asked me if I could leave my key since I wont be home in the morning so they can come in .......(REALLY WHO DOES THAT)
