PEMCO is causing me to lose my home. Had tree damage to roof. They sent their own roofer who didn't even look at entire roof and said there was no damage, which was hidden under pine needles which he wouldn't move aside. His report said no damage which made us look like liars. PEMCO then said our roof was too old for them and cancelled my policy! They gave me only two months. Roofers in my area are at 4 to 5 months minimum due to heavy business. Without insurance my lender will foreclose! They sent me a small check for half the roof to get me out of their hair, and I hadn't even agreed to that poor puny estimate by THEIR roofer, which looks like collusion. I have not cashed their check. Its been two weeks of my two months just finding another roofer for a better report so I now have only 6 weeks to get a new roof---impossible so Im probably losing my credit and my house. Guess its time to sue.
