Review: Ordered a kit online, money was taken out of my account now I cannot contact them by phone or email. Order status shows waiting to ship. This was ordered on 7/30/2015 for the amount of $118.60. I have tried to call several times, have left messages with no call back, now the mailbox is full. Have also sent several emails with no response.Desired Settlement: At this point I just want my money back.

Review: I ordered products from their website on 2/26/15. I received an update stating that the items were awaiting shipment. The status hadn't changed for several weeks and I was not able to get a response via email or phone (there was no answering machine). Finally reached someone on 3/31/15 and was told one of the items was not available. I was to receive a refund for that item and the other two items would be shipped out right away. When I called on 4/15/15 to inquire about the order, the phone just rang. I emailed that I would like a response or I would be contacting the Revdex.com to get my money back. No response. When I called on 4/22/15, a message from the phone company came on to say the phone was disconnected. The company has never reached out to me and I do not have my products or my money.Desired Settlement: All I want is my credit card to be refunded the original charge.

Review: On April 6th, I ordered some Pen Supplies From Pen Making Supplies, I was suppose to receive them in a few days, when I did not receive them I try to contact the Company, and the phone just keep on ringing and ringing, I also email them and got no answer when I check the status of my order it is still saying Awaiting Shipment. Review: I ordered this item on Fri 11/09/15 and was chosen too have it sent to me in 2-3days but still have not had it come and the states has not changed from awaiting shipment.Desired Settlement: I would like this item shipped out or a full refund and for the business to resolve there problems or if they cant they should shut down the business.

Review: On 14th Dec 2015 I placed an order totaling $160.00. I received part of the order but the sandpaper kit and pen mill were back ordered. I also noted that 5 slimline pen kits were missing. I have sent numerous emails and left many phone messages without any reply. At this time I would like a refund of the back ordered items and also the 5 pen kits.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of back ordered items and the missing pen kits.

Review: On Nov 20 2015 I placed an order with this company. I have tried numerous times to contact them without success. The status on my order still says Awaiting Shipment.. Obviously there is a serious problem with this company. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Placed an order....they promptly took the monies out of my account, but then have not delivered anything to me and will not cancel or ship the items.
They refuse to acknowledge via email....they took my money and now NOTHING.
