They came and installed a Trane AC in our attic...the pan under the AC was not right for the AC, eventually it leaked...my husband called them and the owner came...he was just plain rude...
I don't even know what he did up there, but it was still leaking...right after that, our warranty ran out....my husband went up to try and fix it and it was so wet up there that he almost fell through the floor/ceiling of our living room...water came down on our furniture and carpet...
We ordered a new pan ourselves and my husband installed it...thankfully, we haven't had any more problems with it...
