We have reviewed this complaint and find no information in our records that indicate we performed the work in question nor did ASI Plumbing receive a payment of $as claimed We have two separate accounting systems that record customer activity Our plumber records on the customer file, at the time of service, the details of service performed along with amount and method of payment Actual customer payments are recorded in a separate accounting system, and the two systems are reconciled daily Neither system contained information about scope of work or payment amount stated in the complaint ASI Plumbing did resolve a drain blockage for this customer in December for which we were paid $(invoice copy attached.) This is the only payment our records show we ever received from this person ASI Plumbing does not understand the reasoning of this individual to try and obtain payment of $1,for work we did not perform, but we consider this claim without merit and the matter closed In the event further claim is made we require proof of payment in form of a cancelled check with proper endorsement by our bankIn addition, here is our response to the numerous negative reviews this person left on other websites The amount claimed was paid is different but our response is the same: ASI Plumbing truly regret’s that we were not able to solve your drain issue Due to the brittle condition of your drain pipe our attempt to clear the clog resulted in a broken drain line As a courtesy, we repaired your broken line at no charge because you were a past customer As per the $or its free policy we also waived all charges for our attempt to clear your drain ASI Plumbing had hours and minutes total that we spent at your home during that visit and you were charged nothing As for our only other visit to your home, we handled your plumbing issues as requested including a clogged drain to your satisfaction However, you only paid $for this service not $1,and we did not cut out and replace any pipe according to our records Possibly you had that work done by your home warranty company but it was not ASI PlumbingAn online search of plumbers in the Louisville area with any amount of customer reviews shows ASI Plumbing is the highest rated at out of stars ASI Plumbing has and will always take pride in our customer’s good reviews of us and their high opinions of our customer serviceRespectfully, Team ASI Plumbing

The owners and management team here at ASI Plumbing have reviewed this submission and the details there of over and over again against our records We have conclude this to be a very BIZZARE submission as we find no statement made in this claim to be completely factual and much of it is perception that has no validation.We would like to address the issues in the order as they were submitted.1st issue is the accusation of overcharging for the clogged drainWe gave this customer an upfront price with no obligation whatsoever (we do not charge a service fee, so there is no charge for our technician to evaluate the problem and offer options.) She accepted our up-front price with no problems or issuesWe did in fact have difficulties in running the drain cable through the piping as the inside of the pipe had corrosion in it as would any piping from that era homeHowever we did eventually get the drain flowing as it should with a total documented time of hours and minutes for the exact price we quoted her before we began, this is hardly overcharging! To the best of my knowledge the drain that we worked on is still flowing as it should from two months ago which is when we provided service.2nd the issue of the temporary fixAny drain that has corrosion on the inside of the pipe will eventually have problems once againThese problems don’t fix themselves but rather get worseProviding a price to our customers to completely fix the problem is a service we provide them to avoid future problems and disruptions in serviceWe have documented that we left a price to replace a section of piping for $We’re not sure where the $price came from to replace all the piping as we have no record of that and the customer was unwilling to speak with us at all regarding any of these claims or details.3rd selling or scrapping old pipingThe piping we gave a price to repair was a galvanized pipe not copper piping as claimed By the way, ASI plumbing has for many years donated the money from any scrap to local people who are in needASI plumbing has never profited from selling scrap materials or piping from the homes of our customers 4th HarassmentThe last contact we had with this customer is when we received notification of a negative review being posted online We attempted to make contact as we would have with any customer but got a voicemailWe left a voicemail the day of the review stating we would like to talk regarding the details of the review as having a satisfied customer is important to usWe never heard back! Next day we did follow up with this customer with another phone call, and again left a messageThis time we immediately received a return call Unfortunately the phone reception was poor and all we caught out of the conversation was “remove” then the phone cut offWe immediately called back as it just seemed to be good business but again got a voicemailAgain immediately the customer rings back inWe answered surprised to hear this customer in a fit of rage telling us “she said never call me again” and then hung up on us No further contact was made after thatTo sum this up, from the point of a customer oriented business that makes every attempt to satisfy even the most disgruntle customers, we still don’t completely understand what went wrong in this situationFrom our perspective we did a fantastic job of completing the task at hand and gave this customer options to fix her piping with no obligations at allWe will continue to service our customers with the highest of ethics and standards and our hope is that anyone who reads this could appreciate the hundreds of 5-star reviews and the thousands of satisfied customer’s that ASI Plumbing has serviced over the last 13+ yearsCustomers Desired Outcome, not to make contact:We will make every reasonable effort not to contact this customer by phone, mail or email! They have contacted me since they claimed they would notThey also provided information in their response to my complaintI do, in fact, have copper pipesThere is no reason a family friend would lie to me about thatIn addition, the plumber did quote me $2,to replace the pipingJust because he did not record that does not mean that he did not say thatThird, I did not want to respond to them over the phone because they were leaving me accusatory messages telling me I was a liar and that my claims were falseI did answer once to tell them to stop calling me and they continued to call and leave messagesFourth, they absolutely did not tell me the price to snake my drain beforehand and were going to charge me a trip fee if I did not want them to perform services

file, at the time of service, the details of service performed along with amount and method of payment.  Actual customer payments are recorded in a separate accounting system, and the two systems are reconciled daily.  Neither system contained information about scope of work or payment amount stated in the complaint.  ASI Plumbing did resolve a drain blockage for this customer in December 2015 for which we were paid $189 (invoice copy attached.)  This is the only payment our records show we ever received from this person.  ASI Plumbing does not understand the reasoning of this individual to try and obtain payment of $1,300 for work we did not perform, but we consider this claim without merit and the matter closed.  In the event further claim is made we require proof of payment in form of a cancelled check with proper endorsement by our bank. An online search of plumbers in the Louisville area with any amount of customer reviews shows ASI Plumbing is the highest rated at 4.9 out of 5 stars.  ASI Plumbing has and will always take pride in our customer’s good reviews of us and their high opinions of our customer service. Providing a price to our customers to completely fix the problem is a service we provide them to avoid future problems and disruptions in service. We’re not sure where the $2000.00 price came from to replace all the piping as we have no record of that and the customer was unwilling to speak with us at all regarding any of these claims or details.3rd selling or scrapping old piping.
