Pendergast Roll-Offs

I am a resident of Newtown, CT. The town contracts with Pendergast to pick up the recycling on my street. The individual who picks up the recycling from the top of my driveway has anger issues and is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Every item from my recycling bin was found dumped/thrown into the center of my driveway and other items had blown about my property as well as into my neighbor's yards. This person had turned the now empty bin upside down and placed it 7 or more feet from the contents he had dumped/thrown into my driveway. In the past, this individual also left an angry note in the recycling bin because he was not pleased with its placement in my driveway that particular morning. I was 20 minutes late for work yesterday after cleaning up wet cardboard boxes and other items from my property and my neighbor's in the rain. I reported this incident and provided several photographs to the Public Works Dept in Newtown who indicated that MANY residents of Newtown have reported similar acts of hostility. I reached out to Pendergast twice but have not received a return phone call. What this individual did was nothing short of vandalism and his hostility and disrespect for my property is unacceptable.
