It has just now came to my attention of the complaint Mrs [redacted] has filed against Pendragon Properties [redacted] had found the apartment [redacted] **through an add posted online by the previous tenant, who was trying to get her to sublease the apartment from himAs all our leases state we do not sublease to anyone!The previous tenant was wanting to move back home over seas, due to that he could not take all his personal items with him such as: Bed with frame, desk, tv projector and a few other itemsThey both did not want apartment left unlocked till [redacted] moved in so there was a mutual agreement between previous tenant and [redacted] the cleaning of the apartment would be taken care of between the two of them, we also gave [redacted] a discounted deposit for the amount of $for having cleaning done between the two of themAfter [redacted] moved in and someone was home to watch items in apartment we had the carpets professionally cleanedThe next after she moved in we had a lady come to apartment to do touch up cleaning even though it was not left on our company to have done, she at that time refused nor did not accept our help as she had other plansHer parents called the following day to say not to worry about having someone come clean they were going to do it themselves Upon signing lease [redacted] also signed a move in inspection form which she got a copy of I have gave her list of issues to our maintenance men who will be in contact with her this week to check out problems she has stated Note: the previous tenant did not complain of any issues in apartment before he left -- Management Pendragon Properties, Inc 812-332-

We received a complaint from one of our renters through the Revdex.comThe first complaint was that the carpets were dirty and infested with bugs upon move inBefore tenants move into any apartment all carpets are professionally cleanedand as stated in the lease it is mandatory that
the tenant professionally steam clean the carpet upon move out. Second was, a few of the lights were burnt out upon move inBefore any tenant moves into any apartment all the light bulbs are changedafter the tenant moves into the unit it becomes there responsibility to make these minor repairs Third, Mid February someone broke into the apartmentLocking the apartment is not Pendragon Properties responsibilityAnd it is stated in the lease that we are not responsible for theft of personal propertyWe also notified the police about the alleged break inThe police then informed us that there was no sign of forced entry Fourth never calling back and never sending maintenanceWe tried numerous times to get a hold of the tenant and could never get in contact with herWe also sent management out to fix what was communicated with us and no one was ever in the apartment to show what needed to be fixedThe claims made were not actually wrong with the property Finally, Black mold was growing under the shower headUpon further inspection there was no black mold in the apartment at allThere was minor mildew in the bathroom but nothing to be concerned aboutIf there are any other concerns please to feel free to call or email us at anytime. I rented a home with friends through Pendragon PropertiesI have never been more thoroughly disappointed in any management of any type, anywhereBe warned, if there are things wrong with your leasing space, they will not be fixed as long as you are actively paying rentOnce your lease is signed you will be treated as a source of income and an annoyance before you will be treated as a tenantAt the time of moving out from the house, it was infested with mice and all sorts of bugsOur air system was broken for months and racked up bills in the thousands*** *** truly is a slumlord millionaireA maintenance man once displayed his disgust in *** by saying, "The man is worth million dollars but he still can't get me a check that doesn't bounce." I have no idea why *** *** is allowed to do business in Bloomington after all the cases and complaints against him, but it saddens meDo yourself a favor and don't rent from this propertyI DO NOT recommend

 They made partial repairs and I've been waiting for a while for them to come back and finish......that's been a few months now.  I would hardly say "satisfied" with anything this company does.

I also have the numbers of the maintenance guys that I had dealt with while I lived in the apartment owned by Pendragon. They can verify several lights were out and how they had to flea bomb the place. Unfortunately, what Pendragon Properties has stated is mostly false. I did in fact unfortunately stumble upon this apparently through a past tenant.  I was informed that I was signing my own lease because he was breaking his and therefore the apartment would be cleaned.   That did not happen,  I have time stamped pictures to prove that fact. I have sent 10+ maintenance requests and none have been addressed. I have spent $300+ on said maintenance just be able to live in the apartment because it was in such a filthy disarray it was uninhabitable. I was told that a cleaning lady they hire would in fact show up to my apartment by 5:30 Bc she only came after her work hours. I waited until 7:00 and she never came. My parents did come and spent another $200 to help clean and my this apartment livable. They did go to the leasing office two different times in which Ashley told them she was surprised the cleaning lady never showed up and that I should receive a discounted rent for the issues I had been through. Since then I have had more and I going issues that no one will address. I want to see due justice to Jeff the owner and this faulty apartment complex he claims to be running. Everything they say is a lie and they are in default to prove it. I am very sorry for myself that I ever moved into this sad sorry excuse for an "apartment". I have read over the Indiana Tenants Laws and they are in default on 95% of them. Like I said I have photos to prove the issues. [redacted]
