Hi! Per my purchase policies which she agreed to at the time of application and again at payment we do not offer refunds Unfortunately her kitten was unable to be placed per health guarantee and she was offered a different one on more than one occasion
which she refused She also did not disclose at purchase time or application that she would be moving to *** *** and living on a ship half the year This was her reason several months later to attempt to get a refund She also keeps changing the story and when I check up on details such as export to *** *** I see she is wrong first claiming the country required her pet live with her a year to enter the country then when I called her on that as they do not she claimed she meant her company required it to pay expenses Then she claimed the country requires month quarantine and they do not only a rabies shot days before travel and no more than a year She has not been honest with us from the start Despite all that we were discussing a partial gift reimbursement and a special exception to the policies, less the nonrefundable reservation fee of course, but she once again went quiet as she had the last year and I do not know if it is an lost email issue or her failure to communicate as we experienced when I tried to place kittens with her She has my phone number and alternative email addresses Now that she has tried to falsely discredit the cattery we will make no gift payment or special exception We made every effort to place a healthy kitten with her but per the purchase policies she forfeited her funds when she refused then, refused the kitten I offered a few weeks ago and also waited over a year to try and get money again ***
This was a misunderstanding and she was refunded in full within days and promised to retract her complaints especially the ones she has made. I see she hasn't followed through here as wellI was recovering from an accident and injury for weeks in April and early May and
this was blown out of proportionThis is the first notice from you all that I received though I think I remember a call while I was away at a funeral for my AuntThis woman continues to harass my other customers online and is verging on stalking meShe was refunded via PayPal on June 6, the full $for the kitten she backed out of buying. I can supply a copy of my PayPal receipt of payment sentThis complaint should be removed as well and will be part of my court filing against her for defamation and harassment***
