We have been waiting for the customer to call us with the serial number of his unit so that we can be sure that the equipment is registered  for the warranty. As soon as [redacted] calls us with this information we will certainly help him with the part that he needs. We did call...

him again this morning. He gave us a correct model number but the number he gave us for a serial number was in fact a part number. We want to keep him happy and solve this issue quickly. He has promised to call us back with the correct information[redacted] also tells us that he has not had a technician out to diagnose his problem which is something that should be done. Because of that, we are not even certain what part he needs which makes it rather difficult to be sure we are getting him the correct part when we do have his serial number. We hope that he will cooperate with the information that we need so that he may have his unit working and we can have this issue behind us.

Yes, rather than work with us, and give me an opportunity to fix this when I responded as soon as I knew of the issues and offered the parts at no cost even though the unit is out of warranty, the customer has filed magistrate charges for the parts and court costs. I have written him a check which was sent certified mail on Saturday to cover his parts as well as his court costs.

Very disappointed. I call for service on my ac unit witch my home warranty recommded. I did not even get pasted the rude women answering the phone's we don't have time. Then asked what city I lived and said find someone closer. The person who answered was very rude. I have yet to get my unit repaired and have been on the phone 4 different times for over and hour in waiting.

We purchased a gas furnace from this company 9/2013. In January 2014 the Gas Valve went out. I called Desco to see what we should do since it was under warranty. We were told that we had to go through them to get the parts and hire a contractor to put the part in. Twice we received the wrong part. Th correct part showed up on the third try. Now we have not had power for 3 weeks. The gas valve and control panel need replaced. Again we called Desco the day it stopped working. The first shipment never showed up which cost us $25.00 for shipping. I told them we never got it the day it was do to arrive. Another shipment sent out to only receive the wrong part again. I contacted the manufacturing Co. and they said we don't have to go through Desco like they told us. The Co told us we could just contact a local contractor that does warranty work and they could have it fixed within a day or two. Desco has terrible customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
