June, 8 2015To Whom It May Concern,[redacted] placed his order 05/26/2015, he was sent a confirmation that his order would be delivered in 2 weeks. When calling into Rubber Sheet Roll, our rep told him it would ship on or around 6/2/2015. The product was custom cut and unable to ship until...

I am rejecting this response because:  Their response is inaccurate as to what I was told by the sarcastic representative. I have detailed record I wrote down at the time of the conversation with the representative,and their response as to what was said is not the truth.  I reject their response because even though I have now received the product, it was not when I was told I would receive it, and my customer cancelled their order because it was not completed as I had promised.
