After getting quotes for replacing two ac units, we decided to go with Penquin Air Cooling and Heating Corp [redacted] the owner, was very respectful in listening to our concerns and then recommending what system would meet our needsHe did not in any way push us to make a quick decisionHe explained in detail what he would do, what the process is, how long it would take to install get inspection, warrenty,etcOnce we gave him the go ahead, he scheduled our installation, followed up himslef to make sure everthing was compliant and assured us that he would be there when ever we needed his helpWe also gave him a refferral as wellWe would highly recommend using his service As he explained, as the owner,it is very important to make sure the job is done right the first time,,,,In this case having Penquines do the job was a good decisionHa! On June 16, 2015 my A/C unit went down for the count. The outside temperature was 101 degrees and the interior of the house temperature was 87 degrees. It's two o'clock in the morning and I am looking for a A/C repair company in Monroe. Reading reviews online I find Penguin Air Cooling and Heating Corp. I sent an email explaining my emergency. At 7:40am on June 17th my phone rang, it was the Penguin. They said they were very busy but could be at my home between 2pm and 4pm. At 2:20pm the Penguin arrived, nice enough fellow by the name of "[redacted]." (no kidding) We talked and I explained my problem, like a doctor he said, "ok let me check it out." Let me quickly end this diatribe, within minutes [redacted] found the problem and replaced the part, check my unit inside the house, checked the temperature from the vents several times. He also cleaned the coils on my unit, checked the Freon pressure cleaned my unit. I received great timely service from the owner. I would recommend them highly.

[redacted] and his crew are top A1 quality folks. They have installed a new unit at my home and have saved me lots of money. His knowledge and professionalism was above the rest. He suggested the correct unit for the right price. The installation was flawless and savings rack up every month.
