I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I received notification from both Service Manager John K[redacted] and Accountant Dan S[redacted] this morning that the $510 my wife and I paid to fix superfluous damage to our heating system caused by a PK Wadsworth technician has been refunded or is in the process of being refunded. I am attaching a copy of the PDF receipt from [redacted] reflecting that.PK Wadsworth was suitably responsive to this complaint. I thank them for their assistance with this matter and I am especially grateful to the Revdex.com for making these sorts of complaint resolutions open to consumers. Along with that, it is unfortunate that so much time and effort needed to be expended to remedy this situation, when it could have been taken care of much earlier on, and with much less acrimony.I very much appreciate the timeliness and efficacy of the people at the Revdex.com. I wish you all the best for the New Year.
