Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me But I do have one question, and that is what does this mean exactly? what are they trying to do to help me in this situation?

Response:Mr [redacted] came to our shop on 4/29/for windshield replacement and was welcomed by our friendly and and professional crewAccording to our shop's policy we do inspection on every car that comes to our shop to mark any scratches and damagesOn that day, even though he insisted and kept telling the person who's doing the inspection not to worry about the scratches we finished the paperwork in front of himHis own words were; "Oh don't worry about those scratches sweet-heart, this is a years old car and I know about them all." IN FACT; before working on the car when he was walking outside the shop he was called back by our manager and pointed out the scratches when he replied not to worry about themHe signed the paper and left to get something to eatAfter we called him to let him know that his car was ready he showed up shortly and did a couple of walks around his car left very happyThe next day he called to talk to our manager acting rude, claiming we caused the scratches on his carHe said the scrathes on the passenger fender were there but the one on the passenger side top of the hood not, even though those scratches were pointed out to him by our managerWhen the manager reminded Mr [redacted] about him mentioning the scratches before he left the shop he started making threats and was sarcastic and insulting as wellWe, at Lowest Price Auto Glass are very disappointed regarding his view of our businessWe take pride of our work and always try to do our best for our customers and our business also take care of our customer's cars like it's our ownCustomer satisfaction and service are top priority at our business and it's unfortunate that Mr [redacted] thinks otherwise and of our point of view he's not intitled to any refunds or creditYours ***

Dear Ms.***,
I performed a Home and Pest inspection for Mr*** on October 14, I received an email from Mr*** in April of notifying me that he discovered problems with the house that he felt I had not properly disclosed in my inspection reportsOn June 29, I
received a notice from The Consumer Protection Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office informing me that Mr*** had filed a complaint against me (File # ***). After submitting copies of my reports and a statement from me, they notified me that they had closed the complaint
At this time, I feel that I sufficiently performed my work for Mr*** in accordance with our contract and the Washington State Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors
Please find attached my statement to the Attorney General's Office and a copy of their notification to me concerning the complaint resolution

Company states: We advised the consumer not to roll down the windows with or it will damage it. We continued to repair it and even refunded her. The BAR came out and decided in our favor. We are still working with the customer to resolve any issues and await for their contact to us.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because, as indicated in the attached estimates and inspections, there was clear visible pest damage to the joists, insulation, and skirting, that many of the outlets were wired in to the wrong type of breaker, and all of the outlets in one whole room were never connected.  This confirms that Mr. P[redacted]'s inspection was both inadequate and incomplete, and failed to comply with the standards of practice outlined in WAC 308-408C-070, WAC 308-408C-110, and WAC 308-408C-150.  Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I never had scratches on the hood of my car! I'm upset that I did not keep my copy of what I signed! This business treated my complaint with hostilities! I will accept your decision and can only learn from this!
