There claim that I owe them money is unfounded. They acknowledge that August and September where paid and they refused service in October. The claim that I would owe for the October and November billing cycle is ridiculous. I am still unclear as to why as all garbage was boxed or bagged.
The Use of threatening to contact a Service Members Commanding Officer unless they pay funds that are not even due in the first place is extortion and I plan to have the matter further looked into as I am certain they do not contact the employers or the customers they are in dispute with. This is a clear discrimination of military members.

To whom it may concern:.This letter is in response to the complaint filed by [redacted].This customer said we refused to pick up his garbage and stopped his service. This is correct.He failed to follow company policy by not bagging his garbage. The driver tagged his tote twice askinghim to bag...
his garbage. If a customer fails to follow company policy after being tagged twice by thedriver, we then can stop the service until the customer remedies the problem. In this case, Mr. [redacted], . . .called our office and said he was stopping his service as he was refusing to bag his garbage, as requiredby our company policy. He said he was bagging it, but the driver has taken pictures of his unbaggedgarbage in his tote .. He was very rude on the phone and said he. was not going to pay for the service wehad provided .
He had been billed for his regular service on.October 1, 2015 for Sept and Oct. He was then sent an reminder letter asking for payment on November 1, He called our office on December.9th, saying he would not pay the bill.
We did call the Coast Guard to check the status of his employment, as he stated he was employed by the Coast Guard when he started his service. The Coast Guard.verified that he was retired.
We would love to solve this problem with Mr.[redacted] .. All he needs to do is pay for his service that weprovided for him as. this account is ready to .be sent to an collection service .
