The consumer was charged the wrong tax rate due to him giving us the wrong countyWe immediately contacted the customer and explained the situationAt that time customer wired us the difference ($1000)I understand he purchased a 50k car but it has nothing to do with the shortfall of the taxes The customer negotiated the purchase of the car and was sold at a discounted price
To whom It may concern; Please be advised that from the moment [redacted]raded in her 2010, BMW, X5 Vin#[redacted] we have been having issues with the Co-signer on her vehicle. [redacted]raded in her vehicle with a NY state title only in her name. We were unaware of any issues...
between [redacted] and her now ex-boyfriend who was on the loan with [redacted] on the trade. After [redacted]raded in her vehicle to us her ex boyfriend went and reported the vehicle stolen. Victory Auto Group has been in touch with Detective N[redacted] of the New York Police Department and the situation has now been rectified. As of today we are sending out the payoff check to AmeriCredit Financial Services to payoff the loan for the above vehicle. We have also been in contact with [redacted] and have made her aware that the payoff check has been sent out today as well.For further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.
