We met with this customer in person to address their concern. A service call was issued on this project and it has been waiting for scheduling. We have always had every intention of servicing this customer and they were informed of that
This customer’s driveway was installed in May of this year. According to the customer, in early September he decided to put a 5th wheel camper on his new asphalt. When his drive was done, he was given a book on proper care and maintenance for his new drive. It clearly...
states in there that during the first 6-12 months that his driveway is curing and that anything heavy has the potential to depress the asphalt. It goes on to say that when storing campers on the asphalt, you should place a piece of plywood under the tires to distribute the weight. This would especially be the case in early Sept temps here in Kentucky. This type of scenario is not covered under our warranty as it is not defective material or poor workmanship.
