We hired Colin to build a two-storey addition onto the back of our house with a full foundation basement His crew did an excellent job, and his price was the best out of estimates, and he was also the friendliest of everyone we interviewed for the job We have had him return to redo both of our bathrooms and replace all the cast iron pipes in our old home, and again his pricing was extremely fair and the work was good
We did have an issue that cropped up years later with the plumbing from the addition job, and Colin was great to own up to the problem and cover all the costs required to get everything fixed by a plumbing company who were already working with us to get us through a nasty problem

We selected Colin Hine Contractors to create our dream of an open concept for the main floor of our townhouse which required removing the existing structural support wall, relocating all the electric and plumbing services and installing a new beam to meet the building code requirements. We also wanted our new kitchen installed on the opposite side of the house with an island. I was glad to find one contractor for the entire ceiling to flooring project.
