Our customer was [redacted] ***Not her daughteWe were told we were to put her shipment in storageHoever our cusomer did not have the correct key [redacted] said she will not pay us for any charges over our minimum feeShe then instructed us to take the furnitur to the daughters house and leave it in the driveway and on the lawnWe tried to talk her out of it hoever she insisted that we unload becaus she refused to pay us over our minimumchargesAs a resultWe had no choiceThis is not our standard practiceBut she was very insistant Thank youRob

Regarding the employee who cut his finger, not hand: the box was labeled clearly that it had broken glass in the box but continued on without any problemAlso, please note Jose's response, he continued on with the move after cutting his fingerIt was nothing major or he would have had to stopI repeatedly asked his people to put boxes in specific places and they just 'the" them where they wantedIn the exact words of the one guy (non Hispanic), the bed will go wherever it landsHow professional and your email response doesn't represent actual nor factoral informationI'm prepared to take this claim further if not reimbursed the $

Resolved but will never recommend them to othersIn addition to the other issues, I found some of my belongings on the side of the house recently tooVery poor service

This complaint has been resolved

Resolved but will never recommend them to others. In addition to the other issues, I found some of my belongings on the side of the house recently too. Very poor service.

Complaint: [redacted] I'm looking for the 1/2 hour time I was overcharged plus the tip I paid. A total of $150. Regarding the employee who cut his finger, not hand: the box was labeled clearly that it had broken glass in the box but continued on without any problem. Also, please note Jose's response, he continued on with the move after cutting his finger. It was nothing major or he would have had to stop. I repeatedly asked his people to put boxes in specific places and they just 'the" them where they wanted. In the exact words of the one guy (non Hispanic), the bed will go wherever it lands. How professional and your email response doesn't represent actual nor factoral information. I'm prepared to take this claim further if not reimbursed the $150.

stating her signature with a start time of 930 and  and ending  time of 1230. There was three of us instead of two. Which saved her money.
