I experienced accounting/billing errors with PENN FOREST SERVICES for lawn mowing service for over a year which prompted me to discontinue business with PENN FOREST SERVICES I had to secure documentation from my bank (*** to prove to ** *** (owner) that I had made a $payment Documentation proved that my payment had been received by PFS, deposited, and proceeds disbursed to PENN FOREST SERVICES Photostat copy of my check showed signature of ** *** I received verbal apology from *** *** and a $credit on my next billing statementThis incident occurred in I had been utilizing mowing service with PENN FOREST SERVICES for more than ten (10) years The frequent accounting/billing errors (which always resulted in my being OVERCHARGED) forced me to cease doing business with PENN FOREST SERVICES *** *** was processing clients payments himself He would deposit clients checks, but would FAIL to CREDIT clients" accounts which would result in clients being 'DOUBLE-BILLED' When I would call *** *** about errors on my bills, his response would be that "I'm doing the best I can", or "sorry"..."I'll make the correction" The situation with PFS became too STRESSFUL and AGGRAVATING for me In 2014, I notified PFS I would not utilize their mowing service and I made arrangements with another contractor In JULY 2014, I received an email INVITATION from ** *** to "add me to his professional contacts on '***'" (an online entity for business professionals to communicate)I notified *** *** that I DECLINE his invitation, and gave my reasons why( accounting/billing errors when I did business with PFS) I request that the Revdex.com look into *** *** soliciting people for his '***' account It feels SUSPICIOUS to me After receiving *** ***'s 'LINKEDIN' invitation, I went to the Revdex.com website and discovered the "F" rating for PENN FOREST SERVICES I emailed *** *** and informed him of the Revdex.com rating

Wonderful experience with this company providing a new roof and windows in our home. Billing was efficient, on time and follow up activity for satisfaction.
