Account pulled from collection. Facility put patient on a personalized payment plan of $23.00 per month on account #[redacted]. Credit Department will contact patient and advise.

Review: Bill was received for $452.60 in May. A payment of $75 was made on 6/1/16. Another bill was received in June balance of 377.60. On 6/30/16 another $75 payment was made.Received another bill in July balance of $302.60 another payment was made for $75 on 8/23/16. I never received another bill after July and received no notice that this bill was overdue or being sent to collections. The billing practices of Penn Highlands Elk are extremely inconsistent, with todays high deductibles and copays for common procedures make it impossible for the common working person to pay the balances in full when received. At the very minimum a monthly bill should be sent and notice that the bill is delinquent should be sent to the debtor.Desired Settlement: Monthly bills to be sent and notice of an account getting sent to collections.
