As stated previously, we have a [redacted] confirmation that the package was delivered to the premises We are not liable for theft from someone's property The customer had been contacted and advised of such, but was asked to contact us and did not We have reached out to the customer and offered to resolve the issue but asked for a police report indicating the left was reported, and then we would proceed as directed As of this date, the customer has not contacted us or supplied such report

December 5, 2015Dear *** ***:We have received your letter regarding the above complaint,On December 1, 2015, the customer notified us via e-mail that she had not received the radiology markers which she ordered October and were shipped to her via US Mail on November I do see on the
complaint form that the customer states she contacted us on November Neither nor the Customer Service rep recalls that specific conversation; however, in that instance, since the order was shipped on November via regular US Mail, our response would have been to give it a couple more days, and if it still does not arrive, to let us know, and we would duplicate the order free of chargeThat is our policySo, from the stated initial call until December 1, we heard nothing, and the shipment was not returned to us.On December 3, I personally called the customer at the phone number provided on the order form, and as the call went to voicemail, I left a message asking the customer to contact us to confirm the shipping address so that we could have another set of markers made and sentHowever, the customer did not and has not since contacted us.Rarely, this does occur where the package is lost in shipment, and it is our policy, once we confirm the shipping address, to provide a duplicate order to the customer at no charge, This, of course, was our intention with this customer as well, Based on the information which you provided, however, we immediately credited the customer's credit card and notified her through Our Website and via e-mail with an apology.We appreciate your help in this matter, as it always our intention to satisfy our customersWe hope our good reputation is not affected.Best,Frederick LOwner

I am rejecting this response because:Bottom line I never received the package, in turn I will either get the money from your company or my bank will. Also this has already been sent to several local and national news stations and will be a report on the news soon unless this issue is resolved by refunding my money.

Tell us why here..In response to the above complaint, I would like to make the following statements.  On July 1, the customer was notified by Penn-Jersey X-Ray that her package would ship and that expected delivery was end of day Wednesday, July 6. In a follow-up communication minutes...

later, we also provided the [redacted] tracking number for the customer.  I have attached the [redacted] tracking statement indicating delivery as stated on July 6.   We ship countless packages via this method every week, and this is the first instance we have been notified of a problem. Obviously, we have followed proper procedures; however, the fact that the package was stolen from the customer's property is not our liability.
