Building Numbers Panels were Ordered by The [redacted]  Panels were made & Installed as per there Request.  Penn Sign warrantees all Signs for 12 months. If they are any current Issues...

with the Building Panels we have not been contacted.  We have been back to this Project and replaced Numbers on three Panels.  There were many issues that didn’t make this Project work out as originally planned. It Started with the Property Mgr. ordering the wrong size Panels.  We then worked with a new Mgr. to make the already Fabricated panels work.  They’re complaint is that they want a refund for the work completed because they didn’t like the Service & Communication during the Project.

We are not refunding any moneys for this project that is completed and Paid for by the [redacted] via deposit & Final Payment after Installation.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have asked them, to come out and seal all the signs as they are peeling and fading. They used different material than they promised. If they won't refund the money, then I want all the signs sealed or re-done so that they look decent, and the one sign on building K replaced as they did not even make one for that building. I am not asking for a refund because of the sizes of the signs, I am asking for a refund because they need to be replaced as they look horrid and they just installed them last year. They refuse to send anyone out to fix them properly as they had promised several times in the past when I asked them to re-number 2 signs because they were wrong. Every sign on every building is peeling. I was guaranteed that they would not for years after the install. I just want it made right so that my corporate office is happy. They don't like the size; there is nothing to be done about it. They, EMS and residents can't read the signs from a small distance because they are peeling so bad. I want it made right and done properly. I have attached 4 photos as a sample of what the problem is.
