He thought that that may have been where they came from, because they had just been given a bunch of clothesI also have an exterminator come out every monthsI told him the way his apartment was that he was going to get bugs and roachesWell, they didThey went ahead and sprayedThe bugs had spread to one other apartmentsTheir mattress was filthy and had holes in his couch and loveseatThe exterminator said they need to burn everythingI went ahead and evicted themThey didn’t pay anything for AugustI had to spend $just for his apartment alone to be cleaned and sprayed I asked him several times to remove his property and he didn’t, so I had to hire someone to take it all out and get rid of itHe didn’t completely pay his rent for July either
