Review: I moved belongings out of the unit I had at Penn Ohio Self Storage on April 1, 2013. It is now July 30, 2013. I have yet to receive my security deposit back. Plus I had a $2 and odd cent credit. The unit was inspected my the manager and found to be clean and I would get my deposit back. Every time I stop to inquire I get a diff story. First it was the owner was on a month long cruise. Then he went away again. Now I was told that My account must of slipped thru the crack ????? The deposit was $25. From what I hear from others - they are doin this to alot of other people too.Desired Settlement: All I ask for is a check in the amount due to me. After 120 days over due I think its only fair.
