Review: From the moment we got to this parking garage to pick my car up, there was already so much tension. The employee that was working the register already had an attitude, came outside the booth to argue and yell at his [redacted]. This same employee left to retrieve a car for another customer, the way he drove the car was unbelievable, so careless. This same man then proceeded to retrieve our car. He made a call to another employee to inform us that our car had a flat tire. We went to the lower level were our car was parked, it was not parked anymore, it had already been moved by the employee, when we went to check the tire, we noticed scratches on the rim of the front tire in the passenger seat, scratches right above the tires, and one big scratch on the back of the drivers side. I have only been driving this car for less than two months, and it is a lease (Toyota Corolla 2014). First they were trying to blame this on us, but there is no way I will be driving a leased car recklessly. When we asked to check the cameras, the [redacted] ended up showing us bits and pieces, we asked for the exact moment the car was parked and taken out, they said they could not show that to us. We asked to file a report, while I was doing so we also decided to call the police, when the [redacted] found out we called the police he took the report from me and kicked us out from the booth, saying since I called the police he was not going to "help" us anymore. The police officer helped us get the report and filed it completely. We have a copy and pictures of the incident.Desired Settlement: I would like Penn Parking LLC to cover the expenses from the damages that were inflicted to my car by one of their employees.

Review: To whom it may concern, I am writing on behalf of the issue I encountered with my boyfriend and I picking up our car at the icon parking garage on [redacted] and [redacted] Between [redacted] and [redacted] Ave. [redacted] We had an issue with a young man for the morning shift at 7:30 am Saturday April [redacted]. The [redacted] of the icon parking had told us on Saturday what the price would be for Sunday. There was a misunderstanding with the billing. So the gentleman was speaking Spanish on the phone using vulgar language thinking we wouldn't understand how he was badmouthing us. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and the demeaning words he used towards us to describe the issue with billing. This is a world where 95% of Americans now speak Spanish, so to talk about customers in a nasty way in front of us or any customer completely disgusted me. The disrespect we faced was disturbing and upsetting. I have used that lot before and now feel like I can't because I have been discriminated against.Desired Settlement: 50 dollars and my resect back. For that man to be written up and learn a lesson that you can't go around talking down in front of people using inappropriate words to describe them.
