*** multiple times how much the order was and that her credit card would be processed in that amount On June 13th she called customer service to cancel the order and indicated that she could no longer afford it The representative told her to refuse the order and as soon as our company received the package back, we would credit her account for the product cost On June 20th, she called again and we still have not received the package back We investigated further by calling the post office in Texas Today, July 5, 2016, the Texas post office confirmed that they were holding the package for an amount of time for her to claim and we told them to release the package back to us so we can process her return They indicated that it would take 7-business days to return it to us due to the July 4th holiday and as soon as we receive the product back, her return will be processed Sometimes returns don't so show up immediately on the credit card statement but we assure her that she will receive her credit as soon we process the return The continued success of Dr*** Naturals is dependent upon our customers' trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust *** ***
