Penn Station East Coast Subs

Went to the store in Fenton Mo the manager took my order. She was aggravated that she had to stop horseplay with the underage male staff to take my order. She was abrasive, rude. Then I sat waiting for my to go order, I watched as numerous orders where given out it was a Saturday pm . I placed my order at 6:04, at 6:39pm I was the only patron left in the store so I stood up and asked what was going on. The manager stated “ oh it’s you”, she pulls a bag off the top of the oven and claimed she called my name 4 times snd that I ignored her. I let her know that’s not possible cause I had not left she loudly says” that’s a lie, “. It was then that I demanded a receipt and proof that I was there so that I could inform the company. I do not know this manager outside of that store, this was an unprovoked attack. I will not return if management does not change. The behavior I witnessed between the manager and the very young staff I found inappropriate and unethical. Causing her to forget what her job title is.
