I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Due to the fact that there is no statement in the store or on the receipt that used tires are not to be returned I would like my money back. Obviously if customers are talking on the phone there is no credit to what the owner is saying. Also his mother was asking if we were on drugs. Again not a credible business. Yes I will post on every internet site about my experience. That's what the internet is for, to let others know that this business is not a credible business to take your needs to. Its not slander its my experience with this company. Due to the things that were said and the insults made I will go to every extent to reach out to everyone I can to share my experience, the internet etc.. If this company can not do fair business and doesn't have policy's posted then its only fair to let people know. As far as the tire being the wrong size, I was given a 15" tire to fit a 16" rim. Even if they stayed late to make a profit that I was willing to compensate for a 15" tire would never fit 16" rim. I'm not a tire expert but they are supposed to be and they knew this. I would like my money back for the tire that they clearly knew wouldn't fit and I also have the receipt in which I did not wipe my [redacted] with as was said to me. I will not play email tag either. This needs to be solved or I will continue my efforts with hopes that it will stop someone else from having services done at this place. Thanks.

Review: We purchased a tire from this business. It turned out to be the wrong size. When I called back and told them I wanted to return it I was told I can't and that I should take my receipt in the bathroom and wipe my XXX with it.Desired Settlement: $25.00 for the tire plus $20.00 for gas and hassle.
