MY trash collection was not picked up as paid to be done After I complained about the matter I received a call from Judy at Penn Waste telling me they would make sure I get picked up in the next regular pickupI asked to know why it was not picked upI dont know why, was the responseShe said she would refer this to the outside managerI asked for a call from this manager as to why not just me but the whole development was missedShe said I will not receive a callI expressed my dissatisfaction to herShe said well thats all that is going to happenI said I was going to express my concerns with the proper authorities, the Revdex.com, township and states attorneyDo what ever was the responseI have paid for service to be performed and was notNot even offered a credit was offeredThis business showed little concernIf I had a choice I would seek other alternatives

The original container was not marked for recycling and our crew thought the customer wanted us to take it with their trash.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Review: I issued payment to the Penn Waste Inc, with a check ONLINE and then proceeded for some reason it did not go through Per [redacted] at penn waste it was not for insufficient fund and was not returned for that reason. she advised after speaking with manager it was that I entered possibly the wrong check number. they could not provide me the information that I provided originally to confirm that my information entered was correct or incorrect. they advised it MUST have been my error and not on their side. I since then have been charged a 35 return check charge. I also issued a payment for more than I was owed but due to the this 35 return check fee I am showing past due. THere is nothing on their website where I issue payment to indicate there is a return check charge. also when I asked to speak with a supervisor/owner/mgr they refused to speak with me per karen and advised I would need to pay or complain to Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I wish they would update their website to include the verbage that there is a return check fee, as that is where my payment is made. also if the check was kicked back to entering error, then I think someone morally and customer service wise would contact the person to confirm the entered info. I can see if there was insufficient fuids, but this was NOT the case I have my bank records to show this. Also, when a customer asks to speak with a supervisor I feel they should be heard even if they are wrong. this company was not only unethical but also providing worst customer service. looking for kick back fee to be waived as this was not known and not noted on website where payment is mades, aslo no one called to advise.

Review: One 1/16/2014, The trash collectors broke one of my trash bins and damaged another. The one was shattered and parts of it discarded with the trash. This the second time since this summer that this has happened. I called Penn Waste and first spoke to a Route Supervisor who blamed it on the cold weather. He stated because it very cold that he would not do anything about it. He directed me to his manager. After speaking with her, she said basically that I couldn't prove they did it. I explained to her that the Route Supervisor already said they did, but said I couldn't prove anything even though he said that they did damage my bin but it was due to the cold weather.Desired Settlement: I would like either a adjustment in my bill, a new trash bin, or be able to send them the receipt for the bin I will have to purchase due to their negligence.

In reply to the complaint of **. [redacted], Penn Waste will deliver a new trash can to his home. Penn Waste disputes the claim that we disposed of his trash can. Penn Waste will only dispose of a resident's container if a note is attached directing us to do so. In a good faith measure, we will deliver a new container.
